4. Sunscreen
This is absolutely necessary to protect your skin from sun damage. Sun damage causes not only premature aging and wrinkles but also cancer. Apply a nickel-sized amount across your entire face, then another nickel-sized drop for your ears, neck, and chest. Apply it to clean skin and let sit for a few minutes to absorb prior to sun exposure. Be sure to sure this every day, regardless of the weather!
