WOW ,WOW, WOW! I took my Daughter to visit Kim for the first time back before covid. On our first visit I was so impressed with Kim ,not just the service or her cute little studio ,but her Genuine kindness. We felt so at home and comfortable , unlike so many other beauty service establishments anymore. So we purchased a package of laser treatments from Kim,for A Great price! However you can purchase single treatments too! Covid lock downs happened as we all remember so we were unable to finish our package. After 2 years I wasn't Expecting her to honor it , she's a small business and covid was so rough I just couldn't bring myself to mention it! However my daughter still needed services and I was ready too! So I gave her a call! She new exactly who I was and remembered my daughter. I explained i wanted to resume services for my daughter and my self and I didn't expect or want to use the remaining package. Kim insisted my daughter still had services left and that she would honor them!! WOW! After working in the services industry myself for 25 years, this is next level service. We love her and I know you will too!! As far as results, I can't belive I wasted so much time and money over the years waxing ,shaving, threading, sugaring. These results have been so good , I forget to shave what hair I

5 stars, highly recommend! Ok.. so this is the best place I've been to for laser hair removal. I've been to other places and Kim knocks it out of the park! The place I was going to before her, advertised that they had like this Hi-tech advanced machine, blah blah blah and they had it on the highest setting, and it was not getting rid of the hair.
I came to Kim by a referral from a girl i used to work with, and this place is hands down the best i've been to! One session with her did more than 6 sessions did at the previous place i went to, the results speak for themselves!

She is so friendly and sweet and explains everything perfectly well, everything is clean, and she made me super comfortable when I went back to get my brazilian! I was so nervous lol but she made the process so comfortable and easy, I'm actually looking forward to going back again to do this most sensitive area lol. I also loved how responsive she is through text. And even said that she could squeeze me in if I have an ingrown hair pop-up, which is one of my biggest issues with my skin. So that is very uncommon and really cool of her to do that!

I saw Kim for a HydraFacial, and I absolutely ADORE her as a person and as an esthetician. She is the sweetest human. Kim radiates kindness and makes you feel truly cared for. She is really good at telling you what each step of the facial is, what it does, and answers any questions that you have in detail. She takes care of you not only physically, but emotionally too. Making the whole experience so relaxing and the best form of self-care. I have acne prone skin and my skin glows for months after her HydraFacials. They will never not be worth investing in when you get one with Kim. I cannot recommend her enough.
